About Family Frames
Family Frames is operated by Cam Harle, a professional photographer based in London, United Kingdom.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all photography services booked through Family Frames, including studio, home, and outdoor family portrait sessions. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Bookings & Session Fees
- A session is not considered booked or confirmed until payment of the session fee has been received. Until payment is made, the photographer reserves the right to accept other bookings for the requested time slot.
- Payment of the session fee constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and forms a legally binding contract.
- Session fees cover the photography services, professional expertise, and the number of edited images included within the selected package.
- Additional edited images, prints, or products are priced separately unless explicitly stated.
- Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed bookings.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice.
- Sessions may only be rescheduled once. Any further change will be treated as a cancellation.
- Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the session fee being retained.
- The photographer reserves the right to cancel a session at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness or emergency. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled session.
Session Time & Late Arrivals
- The session time begins at the agreed start time.
- If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled finish time.
- If the photographer is delayed, the full session time will still be provided
- This ensures fairness to all clients and keeps the schedule on track.
Image Selection, Editing & Delivery
- Final images are selected and edited by the photographer in keeping with the Family Frames style and the package purchased.
- Editing and image selection reflect the photographer’s individual style, artistic judgement, and professional discretion. By booking a session, clients acknowledge familiarity with the Family Frames portfolio and accept that final images will be delivered in a consistent style.
- Proof images are delivered via an online gallery within 7 working days of the session, unless otherwise agreed.
- The session includes 10 professionally edited images unless otherwise stated.
- Additional edited images may be purchased separately.
- Once image selections are made, final edited images will be delivered within a further 7 working days.
- Unedited RAW files are not provided.
Prints & Products
- Prints and products ordered through the online gallery are fulfilled by third-party professional print labs.
- Once an order has been placed, responsibility for print quality, refunds, replacements, or delivery issues lies with the print lab, in accordance with their policies.
- Family Frames is not liable for manufacturing defects, colour variation, or delivery issues once orders have been submitted to the print lab.
- This ensures fairness to all clients and keeps the schedule on track.
Usage & Copyright
- Family Frames retains full copyright and intellectual property rights of all images created.
- Clients are granted a personal-use licence, allowing images to be printed and shared for non-commercial purposes.
- Images may not be sold, altered, or used commercially without written permission.
Portfolio & Marketing Use
- Family Frames reserves the unrestricted right to use any images created for portfolio, website, social media, editorial, and marketing purposes, in line with standard photographic copyright law.
- If there are specific concerns regarding the public use of images, clients are welcome to make contact to discuss them. While all reasonable concerns will be considered, usage rights remain with the photographer.
Weather Policy
- Sessions will go ahead in most weather conditions.
- Sessions will only be postponed or rescheduled in the event of severe or unsafe weather, at the photographer’s discretion.
- If rescheduling is necessary due to weather, this will not count as the client’s one permitted reschedule.
Behaviour & Safety
- Family Frames reserves the right to end a session early if behaviour from adults or children is unsafe, abusive, or prevents the session from being conducted properly.
- In such circumstances, the session fee will not be refunded.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is due no later than 72 hours before the session start time.
- Failure to make payment by this time may result in the session being cancelled
Image Retention
- Family Frames will retain image files for a minimum of 12 months from the session date.
- After this period, images may be permanently deleted without notice.
Liability
- Family Frames takes all reasonable care during photography sessions but cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss that occur during the session.
- In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, liability is limited to a refund of fees paid.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
